Eric W. Feller – President/Principal

Eric W. Feller started in the insurance industry in 1989 where he spent eight years as a top-producing agent. His brokerage and home office experience brings vast expertise of high-level marketing and advanced-planning concepts. Eric served as a Regional Vice President for United of Omaha for two years and developed “Lapse Guard,” a rider that is now an industry standard for today’s variable and universal life index products. Upon leaving United of Omaha, Eric assumed the role of President at Brokerage Professionals, Inc. and has since helped to grow the business to one of the largest independently run agencies in the country.


Elizabeth Cammarota – Vice President/Principal

Elizabeth Cammarota has been in the brokerage industry since 1981 working the impaired risk market and handling administration at the brokerage level. She has underwritten cases in excess of $1,000,000 of target premium and face amounts in excess of $100,000,000. Her immense knowledge of clinical medicine and financial underwriting lends herself as one of the top experts in the industry. Elizabeth has developed underwriting relationships throughout the years and knows the people that can make a difference with a difficult case.

Macy Cook – Marketing Supervisor / Pension Specialist

Macy Cook has been with Brokerage Professionals, Inc. since 1999. For the first six years she was the Annuity Marketing Specialist, where she was an annuity product specialist as well as the case manager for all annuity cases. During that time, she was also an underwriter for term and universal life cases. She has been the Pension Marketing Specialist 2005, where she is a one stop shop for all proposed pension plans. She prepares a comprehensive package for small pension plans from initial plan design, case management to policy delivery. For the last six years, she has also been a life marketing specialist, which includes Life, LTC and DI. Her background in case management gives her a well-rounded insight into finding the right products for the right scenarios, and troubleshooting pending cases. Macy will be the key point of contact for all Life, LTC, DI, and pension illustrations.


Lazaro “Laz” Garcia – Brokerage Director/Foreign Nationals Specialist

Lazaro “Laz” Garcia has been in the Financial Services industry since 1990. Since 1997, Laz has served as an Industry Consultant working with local General Agents, Broker-Dealers, Financial Advisors, Independent Estate and Insurance Advisors, P&C Agents, CPAs and Attorneys.

In his current role as Brokerage Director for the East Coast of the U.S., Laz is helping Brokers to place Domestic and Foreign National business with a handful of specially chosen Insurance Carrier Partners.

Marcy Pruitt, DIA – Disability Insurance Specialist

Marcy’s responsibilities will include business development, product management, and working with advisors and their clients to deliver disability income solutions. Her 25 years of experience in the disability insurance/critical illness segment has given her a broad understanding of the marketplace. This would include the underwriting knowledge needed for the optimal product design while having the sales skills to properly present the benefits to the client. She can skillfully deal with different client issues and scenarios while supporting the advisor to always have the best recommendation for the client. From marketing strategy and advisor training to plan design and case management, she offers a suite of disability products, tips and tools to help you help your clients.
